Join us for the 2017 Subaru Mt. Washington Hillclimb for the most exciting race of the year, as 75 cars tackle the 7.6 mile Mt. Washington Auto Road, in this historic and thrilling race! With plenty of action from start to finish, on the steep, curvy and picturesque Mt. Washington Auto Road, spectators of this race will enjoy thrilling race action AND breathtaking views of the White Mountains and beyond!

Spectators can watch the action unfold on-mountain Saturday & Sunday, July 8th and 9th!

Friday and Saturday’s practice action from the base area is free of charge. There will be no on-mountain viewing available on Friday.

Saturday, July 8th, racers will be completing practice runs on either the upper or lower half of the Mt. Washington Auto Road.  Spectators may take the spectator shuttle to “Signal Corps,” which will offer exciting views of the mid-mountain action, so whether they are running on the upper mountain or lower, you’ll see good racing!  Race day, Sunday, July 9th, spectators may drive themselves to the summit for finish line spectating, (cars and pickups only, no motorcycles), or take the spectator shuttle to “Signal Corps” or “Cragway,” each offering a unique and thrilling spectating experience.

Please see below for additional details on each spectating area.

A WORD ABOUT DOGS…
While this event is sure to be a thrilling weekend of racing for all in attendance, it is an event that is long in duration, an event that we expect will draw significant numbers of spectators and an event that will be punctuated by a myriad of loud noises that typically accompany any car racing event. For these reasons and for the safety and comfort of our other guests AND your pet, we strongly discourage you from bringing your pet to the 2017 Subaru Mt. Washington Auto Road Hillclimb. Pets are not permitted on Spectator Stages, no exceptions.
